Bibble, the Big Info Bulletin Board for your Local Environment, aims to make all local information available to the local community. This information will help to build the community through stronger groups, clubs and schools. Business too can benefit from this local information stream that promotes their services and products to their local community. Bibble users can be assured that all information that is added to the platform is continually vetted by the local community. In an age where fake information can alter or influence communities, Bibble is an environment that fosters the real communities in which we live.

Group, Club or Organisations

All groups, clubs and organisations are inviting to join the Bibble community in their area so long that they are legal and not linked to any paramilitary or any other illegal organisations. Groups that wish to join the Bibble community can apply through the app or email join@bibble.net

Bibble content creators - Bibblers

To become a Bibbler, the community must vet the potential new content creator. This is performed within each local community and ensures that new content creators are trustworthy, known within the community and worthy of being a Bibbler. If in the event the community rejects the vetting of the potential new Bibbler, the applicant can raise an appeal to Bibble by emailing join@bibble.net with the case details.

Bibble Content

Bibblers will only upload content that is deemed to continue to build their group/community to the website/app. Prohibited content will be reported through the app by the community and may result in removal from Bibble. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to content that:

• is offensive such as content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;
• could be harmful to minors;
• harasses or advocates harassment of another person;
• involves the transmission of "junk mail", "chain letters", or unsolicited mass mailing or "spamming";
• promotes information that you know if false, misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libellous;
• promotes an illegal or unauthorised copy of another person's copyrighted work, such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices, or providing pirated music or links to pirated music files;
• contains restricted or password only access pages; or hidden pages or images (those not linked to from another accessible page);
• displays pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind;
• provides material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18;
• provides instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses;
• solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users; and
• engages in commercial activities and / or sales without prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising and pyramid schemes.

If you discover this kind of material on the Site, please select the report drop down in each post and the community investigate your claim and may then take appropriate action.

Offline Conduct

Although Bibble cannot monitor the conduct of users off the website/app, it is also a violation of these rules to use any information obtained from this website/app in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or in order to contact, advertise to, solicit or sell to any site user without their prior explicit consent.

Bibble also retains the right to suspend or terminate your access to the website/app if the conduct of an individual or organisation using the Bibble services, leads to damage to reputation by association.

Links and Search Results

The website/app contains embedded links to, and may produce search results that reference or link to third party sites throughout the World Wide Web. Bibble has no control over these sites or the content within the site. Bibble cannot guarantee, represent or warrant that the content contained in the sites is accurate, legal and/or inoffensive and will not contain viruses or otherwise impact your computer. By using this website/app to search for or link to another site, you agree and understand that you may not make any claim against Bibble for any damages or losses, whatsoever, resulting from such action.

Access and Interference and Multiple Browser Windows

You agree that you will not use a robot, spider, other automatic device or manual process to monitor or copy our web pages or the content contained therein or for any other authorised purpose, without our prior expressed written permission. You agree that you will not use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the website/app. You agree that you will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.

Bibble disclaims any and all liability for the acts, omissions and conduct of any third party users, Bibble users, advertisers and / or sponsors on the site, in connection with the Bibble service or otherwise related to your use of the site and /or the Bibble service. Bibble is not responsible for the products, services, actions or failure to act of any venue, performer, promoter or other third party in connection with or reference on the site.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in the Agreement shall be taken to limit or exclude any liability which Bibble may have for (i) death or personal injury arising from Bibble negligence; (ii) fraudulent misrepresentation; or (iii) any liability that cannot be excluded or restricted by law.

INDEMNITY

You shall indemnify Bibble, defend and hold harmless Bibble and Bibble affiliated or related companies and their respective joint ventures, successors, assigns, directors, officers, employees and agents and shall keep each of them fully and effectively indemnified against any and all losses, imposed on, incurred by or asserted against them arising from:

• any breach of copyright or privacy laws or any other applicable law;
• any advertisement, marketing or promotion (other than any material produced by Bibble), including without limitation the production and placement of fly-posters.

Updates to terms and conditions

We work constantly to improve our services and develop new features to make our Products better for you and our community. As a result, we may need to update these Terms from time to time to accurately reflect our services and practices. Unless otherwise required by law, we will notify you (for example, by email or through our Products) at least 30 days before we make changes to these Terms and give you an opportunity to review them before they go into effect. Once any updated Terms are in effect, you will be bound by them if you continue to use our Products.

We hope that you will continue using our Products, but if you do not agree to our updated Terms and no longer want to be a part of the Bibble community, you can delete your account at any time.
